SelfieSwap creates short AI-generated comedy videos, marked as such in their metadata, from a photo you upload and a template clip. By uploading a photo and placing an order you agree to these terms.

Whose face you may use

• You may only upload a photo of your own face, or of a person who has given you explicit permission to create this video with their likeness.
• You must be 18 or older, and the person in the photo must be 18 or older.

Strictly prohibited

• Celebrities, politicians, influencers or any public figure, or anyone you do not have consent from.
• Minors (anyone under 18), in any way.
• Sexual, nude or sexually suggestive content of any kind.
• Harassment, bullying, humiliation of a real person, hate, violence, or content that defames anyone.
• Deception: presenting the video as real footage, impersonation, fraud, political or news disinformation.
• Removing or altering the AI-generated marking in the video file's metadata, or sharing the video without disclosing that it is AI-generated.

Labeling

Every video is marked as AI-generated in its file metadata (comment/description tags and an XMP IPTC DigitalSourceType of "trainedAlgorithmicMedia"). Do not remove this marking, and label the video as AI-generated when you share it.

Enforcement

We may refuse, cancel or delete any order that appears to break these rules, and cooperate with valid requests from rights holders and authorities. If you believe your likeness was used without consent, contact us and we will remove it.

Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe. If generation fails on our side, your payment is refunded automatically. Results are AI-generated and vary; likeness is not guaranteed to be perfect.

Templates

Template clips are used as motion references. The output is a new AI-generated video.

No warranty

The service is provided as is, for entertainment.
